I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Geosystems Engineering and Hydrogeology at The University of Texas at Austin. As a future engineer and researcher, lab experiences and data analysis skills gained takes one step closer to my goal: extraction, transportation and distribution of energy to everyone.As an international student at UT Austin, and attending international schools in different countries have broadened my perspective and taught me how to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures. The experience developed a thinking process that deducts various answers to a single problem. As various people get closer and more connected, such skill sets will assist in interconnecting with the world. I would like to gain deeper knowledge about extraction, transportation and distribution of fossil fuels, and make it safe, efficient, and cost-effective. My research skills, data analysis, and experience in interaction of people from different cultures and backgrounds will assist in collaborating on broad information in the area.
