Work closely with customer and others to conceive, design and develop Retail Enviroment, interior and exhibits as part of an in-house design development team. Prepare sketches, floor plans, layout drawings, scale models, construction drawings, review specifications of exhibitions and exhibition components, assist with fabrication, assembling and installation. Design and plan mounts, provide support for new exhibits or to improve existing ones; develop, revise and repair existing booths and other installation elements. Use Graphic Design to create graphic looks of individual exhibitions and associated publicity and other materials; provide specifications for graphics for exhibitions and assists in overseeing the production and installation of exhibition graphics.

Responsible for a waterproof multimedia tablet design, primarily focusing on concept development and prototyping. Worked with content strategist and optimize the user experience and tested usability and designed for Smartphone concept design. Participated in the First Article Design Inspection (FADI) activities to help expedite new product launches and monitored end customer opinions on the quality of newly lunched products. Performed infrastructure tests to ensure product quality. Assisted the R&D engineering in debugging and reproducing product software or hardware issues to provide resolution. Interpreted and explained raised design quality issues for the purpose of delivering accurate design quality information to HQ design teams to assist their effective and efficient performances. Assisted technical service groups to resolve product issues from initial design to commercialization by determining root causes and corrective actions, bridged communication between factory (Korea & China), vendors, and suppliers. Interpret research results, derive implications, perform market analysis and gather strategic intelligence to provide proactive insight regarding the consumer market, trends and our customer needs, pain points and buying behaviors

Implemented 3D design and 2D layout in CAD for Big Butt shaft, HD 16, and shaft designs for Taylor Made & Acushnet. Assisted in product planning, set up productions and shipping schedules, and translate and bridged effective communications between the headquarter and the factory. Prepared and reviewed designs and future concept products, established testing protocol manual, researched and developed graphic colors, costs, materials, and trim for new concept products.
