Throughout the second half of my real estate career I facilitated and participated in a variety of residential remodeling projects for homeowners and investors. My experience on job sites ranges from light renovation to full gut remodels in roles ranging from project management to "on the tools" skilled labor. In early 2023 this became a full time focus, working as an employee for NS General Contractors as well as taking on projects on my own.

Successfully built a lasting, referral-based sales business guiding home buyers and sellers in the challenging and dynamic Bay Area real estate market. Thrived in an incredibly competitive environment by prioritizing service above all else. Built a network of industry relationships and tapped into emotional intelligence as well as practical knowledge of construction to smoothly navigate my clients through the nuances of complicated, high- stakes transactions.

As a member of the core leadership team, I worked to drive the growth of the sales team to over 200 agents to consistently achieve top ranking status at one of the countries largest residential brokerages, EXP Realty. In my time there, I led the implementation of new processes involving multiple SaaS platforms, and executed initiatives in sales processes, training and retention. Project managing the build out and opening of five new office locations was also a large part of the scope of this role.

Covering a territory that included every residential real estate office in East Contra Costa county, I drove sales growth from existing and new accounts for a productive branch of the Fortune 500's highest-ranking title insurance company. Consistently exceeded sales targets by maintaining a strong face- to-face presence in the territory, cultivating relationships by committing to excellent service, demonstrating critical problem-solving abilities, and providing tools to grow my client's businesses in innovative ways.
