Responsible for selling all store products throughout the perimeter region of the store – including all jewelry and watches other than those related to weddings/engagements. Provided specialty expertise for a broad range of high-quality, high-end watches, including sales and maintenance. Informed other store associates of watch features and key selling points to assist them with their sales efforts. Assisted in completion and organization of store sales and maintenance documentation. Completed hundreds of service calls to current customers, and cold calls to solicit new customers.

My responsibilities included selling high-quality watches, service contracts and repair services to the store’s customers. Sales activities include explaining key features and tradeoffs between over 20 brands of watches and helping customers find the best watches for their needs.
