Little Flock runs an average of 7-800 attendees every week. I oversee various Sunday school groups for the young adults in our church. I also plan an annual camping trip to reach out to high school seniors to build relationships in order to help maintain spiritual growth after graduation. This trip is a three day camping trip to lower Michigan where we spend our time reflecting on Scripture and building relationships. I was promoted to Staff Sergeant by exhibiting exemplary leadership skills through personnel management. I trained three to five other airmen monthly in handling hazardous material safely to ensure personnel safety as well as mission success. I utilized technical order standards and time management to accomplish specific mission-essential goals safely and effectively. I served a total of three years in a managerial position.

I organized a group of individuals who distributed leaflet and news publications to generate awareness of our offered Bible study groups. I appropriated a booth at Western Michigan University’s Bronco Bash to gather interested parties' information and to advertise the group's availability. I delegated group representatives to follow up with interested parties to promote group attendance. I administered expository sermons to the Bible study group weekly (to approximately 20-30 students).
