I took a break to welcome my first baby into the world.

• Managed TA system and process enhancement roadmap. System enhancement strategy focused on four areas: self-regulating systems, data hygiene, automations and UX design. • Managed a team of two managers and ten recruiting coordinators/program managers. The team scheduled interviews and ran operations for TA programs including employee referrals, data hygiene, candidate experience, TA learning.• In the first 6 months, launched 36 system projects focused on compliance, data hygiene, UX updates, CRM optimization, and pay transparency.• Served as the point of contact for all TA tool questions and issues.• Created a recruiter scorecard dashboard for measuring activities and KPIs. Leadership used the insights from the dashboard for performance reviews and headcount planning.• Moved position management process from SmartRecruiters to Workday, streamlining approval processes and accuracy in time-to-fill metrics.• Managed all TA technology contracts and usage, including SmartRecruiters, HackerRank, LinkedIn, Seekout, and job boards.• Onboarded Seekout and Hackerrank, integrating new tools into the hiring process. Led procurement, change management and learning.• Analyzed the ROI of all paid sourcing and advertising tools, cutting low-performing tools to save $4M per year.• Partner closely with multiple stakeholders including TA leadership, legal, marketing, people analytics, HR systems, and outside vendors.

• Change Management: Lead ATS changeover from Salesforce to SmartRecruiters. Created a process knowledge database for TA, hiring managers, interviewers, and stakeholders. Resources were regularly used with 50k unique yearly views.• Recruiting Coordination Leader: Created RC development program where RCs helped run programs. This lead to promotion of 5 RCs, increase of team morale, and reduction in turnover.• Recruiting Coordination Leader: Created RC operational products including KPI dashboard (using jira), interview cancellation tracker, and interviewer bandwidth tracker which became the most viewed HR dashboard at Twitter.• Referral Program: Due to high headcount growth, redesigned the employee referral program for efficiency and scale resulting in 20,000 referrals a year and referrals being the source of 18% of all hires. • Referral Program: Built an automated referral bonus tracking and payment process using SQL and Google Sheets, reducing time needed to process referral bonuses by 75%.• Referral Program: Created weekly automated personalized emails highlighting recent employee referrals sent to all recruiters.• Internal Mobility: Partnered with HR to redesign the internal mobility process resulting in 20% of all hires being internal candidates.• Candidate Experience: Project managed creation of recruiting SLA dashboards used by 100+ recruiters, reducing the number of out-of-SLA referrals by 70%.• Candidate Experience: In response to Covid, reinvented the interview swag gifting experience, from in-person gift giving to shipping swag gifts to 2k+ candidates in 30+ countries.• Talent Brand: Producer and co-host of Twitter’s #BuildingCharacters recruiting podcast. Featuring voices across the company, including: Jack (CEO), Ned Segial (CFO), Jennifer Christie (CHRO), Maisha Gray-Diggs (Director of Engineering Recruiting), Nick Caldwell (VP of Engineering), and Dr Candice Schafer (Global Head of Wellness).
