It is necessary to establish a system-based supply plan to improve the battery SCM capability, but the current system was not used. To check the problems of the current system, I defined as-is IT system model and am designing and implementing to-be model. I am improving and changing SCM planning process using IT system.

In order to establish IT governance, I redesigned the IT investment review process and established Enterprise Architecture.

I developed and applied a methodology that diagnoses the level of semiconductor smart factory and measures the performance of relating activity.

I was dispatched to the Global Operation team of the memory division to diagnose the level of automation of the planning process and automate the task of detecting logistics shortage.

I newly established and managed SCM DP(Demand Planning) system and LP(Logistics Planning) system for all division of company. I managed the Foundry division SCM MP(Master Planning) system for one year, established a new Foundry division long-term planning system for one year, and managed the memory division SCM MP system for two years. I was a professional engineer of the JDA engine and supervised the SDS engine PoC.
