• Responsible for managing & training a staff of 25 employees • Manage company-wide buying • Work with COO to establish optimized raw material inventory levels• Oversee all phases of inventory movements, including receiving, transfers from manufacturing facility to warehouse Coordinates all physical inventories following established procedures and interfaces with accounting regarding inventory values and accuracy• Work with the director of quality to establish supplier performance metrics • Develop and maintain contractual supply agreements with critical suppliers to ensure quality materials are received in a timely manner• Maintains and documents material performance relative to goal via quantitative, monthly reports• Ensures timely ordering of purchased materials, supplies and follow up on expected receipts• Develop, communicate and review measurable goals and objectives for subordinates

• Manage 32 employees daily to complete production activities of the print operation. • Verify production meets established company standards for quality and efficiency. • Practices and promotes the usage of problem solving, process improvement and teamwork principles. • Addresses concerns of associates and maintains good communication. • Ensures that correct standard operation procedures are utilized by following OSHA standards. • Develops schedules and assists with writing and implementing new policies and procedures. • Ensures the administration of area preventative maintenance program. • Utilizes the computer to plan, monitor and analyze production information. • Conducts performance evaluations and makes recommendation regarding associates compensation. • Participates in task and special project teams pertinent to the fulfillment of strategic goals.
