CurrentThe original VEO app was developed in collaboration with business partner Paul Miller in response to a growing need for a simple tool to help people get better at what they do through self reflection and peer coaching. The application of the tool in other areas came about quickly as companies, clinicians and other professionals realised the value of video in CPD, personal and process audit, monitoring and assessment. VEO pulls together data and video to help inform, educate and improve both systems, processes and people. My experience of teaching, coaching and mentoring and initial teacher training provided the underpinning knowledge and awareness of the challenges faced in professional development. Through my personal interest in, and proficient use of, ICT in the workplace, I was keen to utilise existing technologies to develop a tool and system to provide individuals with the opportunity to improve their own professional practice through peer and self review and reflection.www.veo-group.com
