Current• Cultivate and manage 60+ higher education institutional partnerships, serving as the dedicated liaison and day-to-day contact, fielding client requests, guiding program development efforts, monitoring industry trends, sharing organizational updates and insights, and working to improve overall partner health and satisfaction.• Design and implement tailored strategies to engage partners effectively, address needs, assess potential business development opportunities, and ensure… Show more • Cultivate and manage 60+ higher education institutional partnerships, serving as the dedicated liaison and day-to-day contact, fielding client requests, guiding program development efforts, monitoring industry trends, sharing organizational updates and insights, and working to improve overall partner health and satisfaction.• Design and implement tailored strategies to engage partners effectively, address needs, assess potential business development opportunities, and ensure retention.• Develop and apply a comprehensive strategy for new partnership expansion.• Establish strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders, including senior institutional administrators; continuously deepen and utilize relationships to identify opportunities for growth.• Engage regularly with partners, both virtually and in-person, to understand their objectives in order to guide them toward achieving desired goals.• Supervise Institutional Relations team travel: review and optimize travel plans for eight team members, oversee Request for Proposal process, review and approve expense reports.• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Institutional Relations department and provide regular updates/reports on key performance metrics to senior leadership.• Oversee renewal process for institutional agreements, coordinating with legal counsel as needed.• Collaborate closely with other organizational departments to ensure partnership success.• Represent USAC at national and regional conferences.
