How do you know if you are asking the right question? It’s difficult- it requires you to understand the plane of possible responses. To anticipate what you’re thinking and how you got to be thinking that particular thing. To understand the cause of the thought is so much more fundamental than having the correct answer. This is why I call Jon when I do not know how to get started thinking about something. This is why I talk out plans and priorities with him. This is why I run my approaches by him- I don’t do this with most people.
