Included review of brand look and feel, user research, defining the IA, user-testing, launch, and subsequent iteration. Delivered 51% increase in leads. Prior to this, the role was focused on development and execution of marketing plans to grow market share of the portfolio.

Government licensing authority. Responsible for digitizing and migrating license application processes online, including redesigning forms to improve usability. Documented requirements and procedure manuals and initiated tendering and evaluation process with enterprise licensing management providers. Designed and implemented a new in-house processing system, reducing processing time by over 75%.

A contract role, responsible for improving the usability of the analysis portal, brand identity and logo creation, and website redesign.

University work-placement. Responsible for defining, creating, and launching a new manufacturing workflow and tracking system, used for the manufacture of enterprise telecommunications equipment. This provided new project management insights allowing for vast efficiency gains in manufacture.
