Sales:*Develops, coordinates and implements sales and marketing plans and strategies to identify, prioritize and pursue existing and new business opportunities with all existing customers.*Identify and develop new business opportunities with new customers.*Maintain Quote System and assure that quotations and bid proposals are completed and submitted in a timely fashion.*Manage all contract negations to conclusion.*Manage day-today relationships and assure successful customer relationships are maintained.*Develop an understanding of customer’s products and long term business strategies to effectively capitalize on those opportunities.*Assures corporate compliance is maintained in areas of responsibility including, but not limited to bid submittals, flash reports, monthly reports and other requests for information.*Supports accounts receivable as required and perform cost recovery associated with purchase order changes and other issues (i.e. material price changes, design changes, etc.)Program Manager:*Oversee and lead all project activities *Clearly communicates the business case to project team to assist with decision making and prioritization; keeps business case front and center *Ultimately accountable for successful delivery of project's solution to the customer *Main point of contact with , project team, and customer*Information Safe Guards, senior leadership on project status, issues and risks *Create and maintain project plans and responsible for financial forecasting and tracking *Work closely with engineering, on project strategy and progress *Day-to-day tracking of project team activities *Status reporting and progress communication *Issue and risk tracking and escalation *Deliverable tracking; including following up/facilitating CMS approvals, SOW approvals, timely QRPs and contract finalization *Facilitate and lead project.

Identify, define, implement and maintain all required processes, tools, test environments, and resource model to operate the QA functionResponsible for creating, reviewing and approving overall test plan strategy documentsCoordinate and manage testing in pre-production and/or parallel environmentsCoordinate project managers / application development managers in end-to-end testing activitiesProvide continuous education to development team on correctly engaging QA processesEnsure Entrance/Exit criteria are identified prior to QA start for specific projectsResponsible for creation and maintenance of test execution schedules, ensuring sure tests are delivered to schedule, budget & qualityResponsible for continuous improvement sessions after completion of project
