Collaborated on change project with the project management team to fully adopt Team Foundation Server for full Application Lifecycle Management, and standardise processes across teams.Building on previous experience in leadership and coaching, my development team was seen as an incubator of talent, with a rotation of developers from graduate to senior level through the team to gain exposure to development best practices and multiple technologies.

Accountable for the project management of the 'AppSense Performance Manager' and 'AppSense Management Center' commercial products in parallel with several in-house development projects. Responsible for the line management and coaching of 8-10 developers, managing several projects of 5-12 people at any one time. Working closely with peers and mentors in the development management team, I contributed to the introduction of Agile (SCRUM) practices to the department, fostered closer working partnerships with other areas of the business, improving the reputation of the development team within the company as a whole.
