I am an employment and discrimination lawyer, with experience in advisory and contentious work (including complex employment tribunal and High Court proceedings) for employers across a range of industries and sectors, with a particular focus on hotels and restaurants, educational establishments, recruitment and temporary workers. In addition to my domestic practice, I also specialise in the international aspects of employment, from advising start-ups in the UK to dealing with cross-border issues for multinational clients. I served as Global Chair of the Employment Practice Group for Multilaw from 2009-2018.
