I am a Director at fissara®. I'm responsible for jointly running the business and managing our sales and marketing activities whilst also acting as the public face of the company. We are a dynamic software organisation focusing on developing and delivering fissara, our "Cloud Based" subscription platform that enables businesses to simply manage and monitor their people, processes, stocks and schedules, in every location, at every moment, of every day.fissara is designed for any size of business and because it is built entirely from one piece of software on our own cloud platform it is scalable, flexible, expandable and more importantly affordable and able to support an unlimited number of users.fissara has grown from humble beginnings, but on a very solid base, a handful of ideas have evolved into the Total Operations Management product we have today. Solution Lead for HP's Vodafone account across Europe

Managing and building a medium sized team of Solution Architects focus on mobile information in the public sector.

Customer facing, providing pre-sales consultancy and support on new solution opportunities across a breadth of technologies, including Siemens portfolio communication products and 3rd party solutions. As the solution owner I am responsible for documenting and presenting the high level design to the customer and providing pricing to the account team. I focus on the public safety market and in particular police forces throughout the UK. This involves a high degree of integration, either via API’s but mainly bespoke, into secure intelligence sources held both at a local and national level and as such I oversee the development and project management of these elements of the solution ensuring all of the customers expectations are met, tested and delivered and any regulatory security requirements are adhered to. I have spent the last 3 years defining and delivering an architecture/methodology to support secure mobile access to central intelligence systems (for example PNC/SCRO/SLEUTH)

Production of a detailed short, medium and long-term communication strategy for our clients which fell directly in line with their business objectives and projected growth plans incorporating internal, B2B and B2C communication across all channels. Pre Sales consulting at a strategic business level within clients’ organisations, identifying areas where technical solutions can be applied to open new communication channels, increase market share, provide quick wins, invoke competitive advantage and reduce operational cost. Product evaluation and vendor selection across all communication technologies. Produce documentary and market information encompassed in the consulting process and provide ROI modeling to support client’s business cases for capital expenditure and solution adoption. Oversee the development, implementation and project management of the recommended technology solution agreed with the client in-line with their overall communication strategy.

Research and development of new technologies that would benefit the Partnerships business. Responsible for recommendations against £4.6 million annual budget, reporting to the Head of Communications and the Board of Directors. Developed in conjunction with Symbol Technologies and Nortel Networks the 1st European IP telephony retail communications system which encompassed Voice, Paging, Scanning, EPOS and Web access via a single handheld device, rolled out to all Waitrose stores in the UK. Developed wireless communication strategy, architecture and final solution for warehousing and distribution system. Identified, scoped and implemented the contact centre for home delivery and customer service strategy at Park Royal, evaluating Symposium, Genesis, Aspect and Rockwell to support web collaboration, email queuing, telephony and delivery tracking. Invoked John Lewis Intranet project and introduced “click to dial” internal directory pilot
