Responsible for managing the developer’s portal for Red Hat that reaches nearly 4 million people each year. Worked with Engineering, UXD, Content & Editorial, as well as external stakeholders to deliver new experiences that help developers learn, download, and try Red Hat’s product portfolio.Key Highlights- Implemented process for in-taking and managing new work/features- Leveraged developer feedback to help prioritize work that would improve the customer experience across our teams.- Worked with teams to make a new developer sandbox experience available that allowed users to launch a unique openshift environment in seconds.- Improved SEO metadata across the majority of the Drupal site- Led initiative to improve engagement of gated content across the site- Worked with the team to improve visual engagement for all articles and content types across the site.

Leading a fully remote team responsible for product development of a new online giving platform to help churches and faith based nonprofits free up more money for their mission. Also working to improve My Well’s internal systems & processes, brand, and communication strategy as we ramped up for launch. To date, we have saved nonprofits over $22,000,000 in processing fees from over $1.4 billion in processed donations. Our Giving Platform is now available in the iOS + Android App Stores. Worked with Kid Lab, a local nonprofit to help increase awareness of their programs, create operational processes as they grow, and ultimately help them become self sustainable.

As a Senior Director, led a growing team responsible for all technical aspects of website development, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, church management systems, communication platforms, and more to support 18 locations. Managed 10+ websites, apps, and systems with over 2.3 million users each year. Reported directly to the Executive Pastor of Operations.Key Highlights- Implemented Agile Methodology to increase efficiency of our development process.- Led the development of a new giving platform that processed $26,000,000+ in online donations in 9 months and saved $190,000 in processing fees each year.- Oversaw a complete migration from the central management system (ChMS) that housed data for 200k+ people to an open source platform called Rock RMS.- Led and managed the product development of an open source app platform called Apollos todigitally connect 32,000+ people across the state of South Carolina.

Improved automated server scaling across load balanced servers, implemented Github hosted repos to improve development flow, and decreased cost + increased efficiency of server infrastructure.
