I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ForeCyber LLC., a Northeast-based security consulting firm enabling businesses to navigate the modern day risks of running a business. I lead a rapid deployment team focused on integrating emerging technologies to drive innovation and security within the organization. My key initiatives include deploying AI/ML solutions like Co-Pilot technology, implementing secure BYOD strategies using isolation technology and virtual desktop environments, and enhancing productivity with secure low-code/no-code platforms through Microsoft’s Power Platform. I also spearhead automated patching processes across multiple OS platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux) while supporting security engineering for cloud architecture and overall security design.For the first 6 months, was responsible for overseeing a 24x7 cybersecurity operations team, I manage security services and operations, threat hunting, and ensure compliance with financial and HIPAA requirements for the organization. Leading a team of 23, I also handle internal and external audit requests, document security controls, and manage KPI/KRI reporting to ensure the highest standards of security are upheld.

I lead the design and architecture of critical information security and technology projects for the Knights of Columbus. My responsibilities encompass architecting solutions such as Microsoft Defender Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Okta Identity and Access Management for over 2,200 staff, and integrating DevSecOps with Microsoft cloud services and Veracode. Additionally, I supported the digital transformation through Dynamics 365 and ensure alignment between legal, risk management, and security teams with compliance standards across Federal, State, and international regulations.

I lead the cybersecurity program for a highly complex financial services organization with over 2 million members and $24 billion in assets. Overseeing a core team of 5 and an extended team of consultants , I ensure compliance with stringent financial regulations while implementing advanced security measures. Key initiatives include deploying a zero-trust architecture with cloud-first technologies, establishing a 24x7 Security Operations Center, managing a comprehensive vulnerability program, implementing Privilege Access Management, and optimizing our tool sets to enhance automation and cost efficiency.

As the first Security Architect at the Knights of Columbus, I work at the intersection of information security and enterprise architecture, ensuring that our projects, infrastructure changes, and new products are secure and effectively monitored. I collaborate closely with risk management, IT, and other architects to evaluate potential vulnerabilities and enhance our security posture. My contributions include reducing infrastructure network vulnerabilities, supporting multi-factor authentication design, aligning security controls with regulatory standards, vetting over 25 new software vendors, and currently leading the security planning for enterprise cloud migration.

I work as a senior security consultant helping my client with local and global projects including code scanning, Azure cloud security, vender evaluation, data encryption, data loss protection, asset analysis, vulnerabilities analysis, and identity management. I work with start-ups and early stage companies with IoT and Cloud based platforms.

Candescent Health is a provider of cloud-based services that enable standards-based radiology across health systems. I supported the transition to the new Chief Technology Officer and completed the work for our HITRUST Security Program. The HITRUST program is a healthcare standard for security that cuts across HIPAA, ISO, PCI, Federal and State regulations. I led the product function for the start-up phase of the organization. This included working with customers on collecting requirements, developing road maps, and led our product meetings for the company.

Contract management included consolidated phones systems from 5 to 1 which decrease phone bills by 30%. Supported the purchasing of a new training platform. Developed new contracts for most services in the organization.Managed the yearly budget for technology investment. Managed a 24 X 7 help desk for physicians over a distributed network.Lead our development organization that developed a industry leading product for radiology. The platform was written in open source and performed 1.4 million transactions per year and can deliver a final read to a critical patient in 15 minutes. Outsourced our infrastructure to a company willing to be flexible in driving our platform to a new level. Our SaaS platform continue to evolve by constantly building new functionality for our clients to support operational efficiency and growth. We released a new version every month.Responsible for build our technology roadmap and support the alignment to our Strategic Plan, financial goals and business unit initiatives for both clinical and back customer support functions.

Client Manager for a 3 million dollars account. Manage the relationship and portfolio of Pratt and Whitney, IAE, and Hamilton Sundstrand. I work to build solutions for our client by delivering key services to the our clients.

Sets the strategic direction for technology services for the insurance and government sectors. Develop senior level relationships with clients to advance business goals and objectives. Leads key initiatives that result in multi-million dollar engagements for the global services and/or management consulting services. Manages the architecture team that in turn supports major programs within the Insurance Strategic Business Unit (SBU). SBU lead subject matter expert on emerging technology, architecture, data warehousing, application and product development as well as IT and business alignment. Provides technical and/or services solutions to the Senior Vice President of Insurance which supports the sales and business development for the SBU.

Lead technologist setting the strategic direction for products and services. Developed senior level relationships with clients to advance business goals and objectives. Led key initiatives that resulted in multi-million dollar engagements for management consulting services. Manage the architecture and development team that in turn supports major programs. Provide technical subject matter expertise and services solutions to the Vice President of Solutions Design which supports the sales and business development for InSource.

Developed and designed a multi-year data strategy for Claim Services. Formulated a multi-year program for an integrated metadata program. Provided change leadership by building an integrated data governance board within Claim that included business, technical and business intelligence staff. Established best practices for data architecture and data management principles into the system development life cycle at Travelers. Established the data management office within Claim Services. Implemented security practices within Claim Services for business intelligence data.

Provided change management in process redesigning, intake process and the customer experience.Designed and managed service level agreements for applications and services being developed by the organization. I developed and managed the foundation of change management, system life cycle management, and vendor management. Manged the delivered and maintenance of critical applications for the Architect.

Worked in the Office of the Chief Information Officer on enterprise applications and supported the applications for the Under Secretary of Management. Supported key applications for Enterprise Resource Management (HR, Finance, and contracting.)I supported our core website including dhs.gov and ready.gov. Supported reviewing business cases for enterprise applications to ensure they met OMB standards and architecture standards for DHS. Supported special projects by meeting with vendors that were innovating in the area of security.

Supported the Transportation Worker Identification Card program within TSA which was a nation security program to credential all transportation workers in the United States. This included workers in railroad, air, passenger bus, trucking, and shipping that would only be able to access work areas through a centralized system.Supported the TSA's first Enterprise Architecture which included reviewing all OMB-300 for architecture alignment, defining and aligning technical standards, looking for overlap in either technology, functionality, or information. Ensured security practices were aligned to NIST standards for all programs.

I worked with the business unit to develop a database of aircraft parts and ceritifcations based on the FAA's safety regulations.

I worked as a developer in Lotus Notes and .ASP. I supported different units as they developed modern systems for Probation, Pre-Trail, and Parole.
