CurrentKey duties:Develop and maintain three company brand books; ensuring we stay visually consistent and in line with company values throughout all touchpoints of the customer journey as the business expands.Champion the brand guidelines, running bi-annual feedback and review meetings, ensuring any revisions are documented and signed off.Design new web pages and emails in line with technical briefs, and carry out competitor research and analysis, wireframing and prototyping.Produce visually engaging content for outreach and link-building campaigns, often working to tight deadlines.Collaborate with developers on new web page and email builds, creating all deliverables in Adobe XD/InVision and adhering to ‘best practice’ web standards at all times.Regular research into the latest design trends, staying on top of current UX standards and always staying close to good visual design principles.Create artwork for our blog, social media channels, infographics, print ads, pull-up banners, mailshots, leaflets and flyers using Adobe packagesAchievements:Managed a complete company rebrand and rollout, creating a brand book to show the new visual architecture and chairing regular meetings and updates to management to ensure the project stayed on track.Redesigned the landing page for our Cyber Insurance product, reducing the page bounce rate from 60% to 51% and increasing the click-through rate.Redesigned the company blog, carrying out competitor analysis, heatmapping, wire-framing, rapid prototyping and testing.
