I specialize in the customer engagement experience at the "Best of Show" industry choice for toll-free and local presence numbers, serving the international community through client management, B2B project and technical support. While much of my role is client-facing B2B support for telco, I managed large regulatory registration projects for the Provisioning and Customer Experience Teams. working simultaneously in Sales Support for large-scale new revenue or retention sales proposals, and even as a reserve Technician for the Technical Team. I have engaged with other Sales professionals on the team and actively sold B2B phone projects when they were unavailable, frequently at rate higher than their best performers as well as training both sales and customer service professionals.
