Managed a team of 8 recruiters responsible for hiring 1,600+ employees annually in support of 130+ surgery centers nationally while directly recruiting for the Executive Leadership and Corporate roles.

Began as recruiter and within my first year reached the top 10 of 115 recruiters in the region leading to a promotion into sales where I became the #1 Account Executive in the HIT space for the largest privately held IT staffing company in the U.S. I progressed to become a Regional Director overseeing sales and recruitment.
