Digital Marketing Manager
Current- Manage digital transformation and communication across digital channels for an organization with over 310 locations, across 7 western states - including Idaho, Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. - Act as core, ongoing partner in longterm project to redesign and re-release the Jacksons Let's Go Rewards loyalty program and mobile application, resulting in new launch in April 2024 and exponential expansions and program upgrades since.- Partner with internal and external teams in acquisition, expansion and digital program design, implementation, and enhancement.Manage ongoing communications via push notifications, email, web, to an audience of 150,000 users and growing.- Coordinate and implement processes for local listing and SEO management for all locations and acquisitions, resulting in creation of a dedicated internal application to automate business listing updates across platforms.- Manage website implementation (Wordpress), designing and launching a new website in early 2024 to align with new application launch.- Coordinate technical digital projects across the organization, connecting digital and IT resources with traditional and in-store advertising programs.- Manage projects to ensure digital elements, graphics, language, and other requirements are in place for all ongoing digital customer communication programs.
