Current• Provide services to over 9,000 veterans annually in accordance with the organization's mission with professionalism and integrity.• Successfully enroll more than 60 veterans monthly with a high accuracy rate of 96% and above.• Act as the primary point of contact for maintaining and organizing medical records.• Ensure precise application of the rating schedule and take full responsibility for thorough analysis, development, and final rating determinations.• Responsible for digitizing and organizing all physical documents into an electronic filing system.• Input demographic information, name changes, income, and insurance details using automated systems.• Conduct in-person interviews to collect and assess necessary documentation for enrollment eligibility.• Make informed decisions regarding benefits eligibility based on various criteria, including military service adequacy and evidence of income, employability, and dependents.• Educate individuals on the requirements for receiving healthcare benefits and available programs within the organization.• Address and rectify any discrepancies in administrative data to facilitate smooth operations.• Assist veterans and VA representatives in understanding medical entitlements and where to file claims for further assistance.• Resolve issues related to records, enrollment status, and ensure consistency across all databases.• Manage incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence, including mail, faxes, and parcels, with accuracy and efficiency.• Utilize software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to conduct data analysis for monthly audits.• Provide administrative and technical support to the Chief of the Eligibility and Enrollment Department.• Use effective written and verbal communication skills to deliver correspondence to managers.• Efficiently communicate via email and phone to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
