I'm a JAMK BBA student nearing my graduation. Currently working as the Office Head of Jyväskylä at M&J Dynastia OyI've had a lot of responsibility within the HR department, doing my practical training with Prisma in Estonia as well as handling the day-to-day HR related tasks as well as training and coaching employees in my current job at MJ Dynastia Oy. Leadership & Management are also large and important areas I've gained a vast amount of experience in. I've gained a lot of self-confidence and I've become a great decision maker even in difficult situations. The experience in Sales, which I both, have acquired and keep on acquiring every day I find invaluable as well.Over all I'm a enthusiastic learner, a confident leader and ambitious worker who doesn't shy away from a challenge and, isn't afraid of putting in the blood & sweat success demands.
