For the majority of my career I worked within IT Business development, latterly moving into IT recruitment for over 4 years. After volunteering I found a position recruiting volunteers within the 3rd sector. My responsibilities have incorporated, volunteer management, recruitment and training across Scotland, providing volunteers to reduce loneliness and isolation on older people. At East Dunbartonshire Voluntary Action I hold a strategic role in providing the opportunities for collaboration between third sector organisations and the Health and Social care Partnership. Funding Project management including distribution of the Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing Fund for years 1 & 2.
