KEY TASKS:• Responsible for preparing, scanning, indexing and tracking highly sensitive quality documents and electronic files in a speedy and accurate manner.• In charge for delivering various BPO administrative services under strict SLA timeframes.• Consistently maintains quality and accuracy of file information.• Process documents timely and accurately according to the job specification and their priority.• Compile and send out Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports in compliance with the organization and customer SLA constraints.• Experienced multi-tasker in a busy and fast-paced environment.
