Chemicals Application Support Release Management Process Lead for process rollout responsibility for all departmental IT applications with global project management of 4 part-time staff (onshore and offshore). Concurrently, responsible for Global Project Management of Chemicals SAP & BW delivery of system reporting enhancements with accountability for ensuring success on commitments utilizing both internal (local and global) and off-shored contract staff resources (up to 20 employees part-time/onshore & offshore) for Business Analysis, Application Design, Programming, Testing & Implementation whilst utilizing Shell Project Delivery Framework.
