Led a team of one hundred professionals, architects, planners & engineers through the surprises, urgencies, and expectations of a bustling vibrant capital in the center of the Balkans;Delivered large scale land use and planning documents completely redesigning the growth of Tirana’s urbanscape through collaborative creative processes & innovative flexible planning methodologies;Delivered and coordinated urban design projects at all scales including Skanderbeg Square, the New Boulevard, the New Bazaar, Air Albania Stadium, Pyramid of Tirana, two dozen new schools and more;Redesigned the planning and permitting process by implementing an electronic system increasing transparency and predictability while enforcing fair and cost-effective rules for development;Raised more than one hundred million euros of new revenues by implementing a value-based infrastructure impact fee for all development.

Established a new structure that served as an experimental department to the National Territorial Planning Agency & dealt with innovation in planning.Led a team of seven professional architects and planners in rethinking how territorial planning happened at the regional and national scale providing contextual and original solutions to issues encountered by different regions;Assisted the government in clarifying and implementing its vision towards territorial development by organizing open-calls and competitions for public projects.

Studio A is a multidisciplinary architecture and planning studio. It is a boutique, project-oriented workshop which approaches diverse projects and is always seeking new challenges. My main duties and responsibilities include: Responsible for complete project management and process design: from drawing board to building supervision.Responsible for computer aided design, building information modelling and drafting in Revit and AutoCAD.Responsible for redlining, editing, revising, managing and encoding all electronic drawing files.Responsible for technical support, template creation, family/block management for all electronic drawings.
