My name is Jonis Josef. I'm a 23-year old soul from Oslo, Norway.I've worked within sales from a really young age. I’m always on the grind. I was selling newspapers door to door when I was eleven, and began working as a sales consultant at the age of fifiteen, with focus on cold calling. I'm passionate about humans, I love interacting with people and I have a big network with a lot of wonderful people that I respect and admire. People who know me would describe me as an excellent diplomat and negotiator. Especially when I need to convince others of an idea and - literally or figuratively - sell something on somebody. I'm a competitive person and working with sales brings out the best in me. I've proved everywhere that I’ve worked that I am not only just an excellent salesman, but a loyal employee that you can trust with responsibilities. The last two years I've worked in the finance sector, which I've really enjoyed. I started off as junior stockbroker at Atlas Securities, but moved on to PCM after a while to develop further. I kept working as a junior, but got promoted to a stockbroker by the age of 21 after proving what I was capable off. I still work as a stockbroker, and I really enjoy it. I'm happy with my performances so far, and I have a track record that I can be proud of.On the side I have a lot of passions I tend to and nurture, and I like having a lot of things on my hands – keeping busy keeps the mind creative. I regularly perform stand-up comedy in Oslo, something that have helped me tremendously when it comes to public speaking and networking. I'm currently a co-founder of Momnt Inc, co-developer of www.indeksanalyse.no, and I've been involved in alot of start-ups that are currently off the ground. Really interesting projects, and I've learned a lot in the process. I have an entrepreneurial spirit, and I love me an opportunity to tap into it.
