He has also worked as an associate portfolio manager at Payden and Rygel, an institutional fixed income firm with $35 billion in assets under management. Jon earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1999 and is currently a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts and the CFA Institute. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis.
