• Provides overall technical and engineering training and advice as requested to Project Engineering, Drafting, Sales, Operations and Field Service teams as well as customers• Advises on the design, development, safety, sub-assembly and commissioning of industrial ventilation products and systems• Mentors new employees through training and understanding company methods, processes and culture• Defines, communicates and enforces design standards and best practices• Evaluates, researches and recommends products for customer project solutions• Suggests alternate technical solutions to meet client requirements• Serves as a mentor and resource for field service technical inquiries• Creates documentation for improving and expanding the capabilities of the organization• Advises Marketing personnel with marketing directives, specifications, Italian-English translation, design, and overall professional image of the company• Evaluates new technologies and the potential business impact and facilitates adoption of leading technologies and efficiencies• Travels as a representative in a technical capacity based on the company’s needs and leadership approval• Oversees large trade show installations and tear downs• Is an active member of the Leadership Team• Serves as an Italian translator to enhance relationship with Italian suppliers• Manages and/or supports other special projects and unique tasks that may come up from time to time
