Engaging in hospital overall building facility activities such as MEPFS (approval of quotations and work orders, planning and discussing of potential and existing engineering projects and products to client); regular evaluation of company team thru weekly monthly and quarterly report; monitoring employees and sub-contractors in their performance. Overall In charge for the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance through CMMS. (NUB System)

1. Perform preventive, predictive and routine maintenance task.2.Responsible for trouble shooting issues, repairing failures of production and facilities equipment. 3. Ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.4. Perform in house reworking/fabrication of workable spare parts for containment solution.5. Responsible for setting up/installation of equipment.6. Assist equipment’s service Engineer in setting up/installation of newly acquired machine.7. Initiates modifications on machines for more efficient and productive machine operations.8.Conduct spare parts evaluation to determine tool life/functionality and search for better substitute. 9.Responsible for ordering necessary spare parts for immediate and future use.10.Responsible for repairing company lighting and water system plumbing.11.Perform other jobs assigned by the superior.12.Installation of window type air condition.
