I'm currently a Relationship Manager at Referment, based in London and currently working remotely along with the rest of the team.We set out to build Referment in 2016 with the goal of creating the most efficient and effective recruitment business in the world. Working as an extension of our clients’ HR and Talent Acquisition teams, we source candidates via referrals from our network of over 13,000 industry professionals in the Financial Services and Technology space. In 2019 we built our proprietary matching algorithm that scores candidates against open roles on the Referment platform. Taking into account key metrics, we shortlist candidates and then auto-converse with them using innovative communications systems, resulting in a shortlist of highly qualified people, ready to join their new company.We’re a people-first company and people are at the forefront of our day-to-day.
