I spent the next eight weeks researching the future of the internet and exploring how it could be used as a business tool. Recognizing its potential, and having to begun to work with clients, I approached the Dean of the Xavier University Williams College of Business and informed him there was no MBA program in Online Marketing within 250 miles of Cincinnati and “Why don’t we do it.?”. I went on to create the program and became an adjunct professor teaching the two courses for the next four years.

When I joined the company as a Sales Engineer the company had annual revenues of $2 M with a sales team of six. Working together we increased the company’s revenue to $7M, at which point I was invited to buy shares and become a part-owner, and eventually the President and CEO. At the helm for five years, I grew the company to US$15m adding new divisions and opening sales offices in Indiana and Kentucky.
