As a Lead developer I provided boilerplate code examples to for others to reapply same principles for the migration. Tech used: ASP. NET Core, SQL Server, Azure Application Insights, CosmosDB, and widely used Kendo web components for the presentation.* Moved on-premise CMT infrastructure to Azure.* Worked on the various population health data warehousing and analytics engine projects.

CMT (Now Relias Learning)CMT is a healthcare analytics company with BI services including dashboards, reporting, physicians mailings, external APIs, and the ProAct web application.* Responsibilities around full lifecycle of ProAct applications: initial UI design of web interface, middle level plumbing, data modeling, ETL, external web services interface.* Wrote a ServiceStack (.Net) based REST API for clients to consume raw data in to their EMR.* Ensure SDLC processes--initiate branching strategy for growing Engineering group. * Automation initiative: put in place Octopus Deploy and other tools take the manual steps out of deployment and other processes like "New Client Implementation"* Tech: SSIS, SQL Server, C#, JavaScript, Telerik, Microsoft stack.* Proof of Concept and RnD: Exploration of MS Azure features and services. CMT has found some initial use for Azure IaaS with Hybrid-Cloud connectivity to onpremise servers.In the 2nd Quarter of 2016 CMT was acquired by Relias Learning.

Projects included work in UI, middle-tier, and back end using .Net Master Pages, theming, WCF, & AJAX to create sophisticated compliance applications and services, mainly for the financial industry.
