My team is responsible for the top-level experiences for TheRealReal.com and The RealReal iOS and Android apps. We own user account management, home screen, categories, search, and product refinement experiences that drive new member sign-ups and conversion. We also run product experiments to increasing customer value.

Focusing on iOS development and design, I help design, project plan, and build clients their first or next big version of their app. I also offer support through amazing feature ideas, go-to-market strategies, and critical problem solving.

- Member of the Exchange team starting with Exchange 2010- Managed multiple email protocols (POP, IMAP, ActiveSync) from client and server- Ensured server performance and reliability with clients across all mobile device platforms- Designed first run experience and security enrollment UI for email iOS apps for Office 365

Led a team (contractor and subcontractor) to design national mobile-home and tractor-trailer reports for FEMA’s Direct Assistance, Replacement, Assistance Consideration (DARAC) Report Migration. Interfaced with FEMA and the Red Cross to redesign the National Shelter System, a single repository of national emergency shelter information shared between multiple agencies.- High quality deliverables led to the award of contract valued at approximately $1 million and is expected to yield an estimated $3 million in follow on work.Designed, implemented and managed a repository for managing test scripts, linking testing requirements and reporting team progress to the client.- Coordinated testing of 2,377 requirements for the VA Loan Electronic Reporting Interface (VALERI).

Helped Syracuse University students troubleshoot account, email, internet, software and hardware problems via front desk, phone, and room visits.Trained new hires and managed a support center.

Managed a development team (on & off-shore) to merge data from two global sources of contractor information to automate the creation of user IDs and simplify management processes for the Contingent Worker Systems initiative.- Organized data cleanup effort of 8,500 records through the participation of 1,500 managers.- Development effort valued at $100K.

Redesigned and maintained a defect tracking database for the new version of the mortgage banking website, Gemstone.- Saved approximately $5,000 by automating data entry to siphon data from thousands of individual word documents and store them directly to the database in 4 hours.
