An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in Construction Management, Jon serves as Blue Cord’s Chief Operating Officer and is President of both Blue Cord DevGroup, a real estate development firm, and Blue Cord Property Management, a full-service property management company. Blue Cord DevGroup was established in 2018 to become a single source for real estate development and management services focused on the Healthcare and Federal Government markets. Drawing on a near decade of successful experience in design and construction on over 400 projects, Blue Cord DevGroup serves to guide our clients through each key step of their project life cycle from site selection through construction completion and project exit. In 2020, Jon was integral in forming Blue Cord Property Management, a company focused on all responsibilities that arise post-project completion, from tenant turnover to daily operational maintenance. Jon’s leadership of the DevGroup and Property Management teams provided a natural progression in his role as COO in guiding and overseeing daily operations between all departments. Leading by example is a hallmark to Jon’s management style, demonstrating that true success comes from honoring commitments, taking pride in your work product, and fostering the importance of a team approach – all Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers collaborate to accomplish a common goal.
