InsureZone.com is a mix of a technology company and an Insurance Company that specializes in a single entry web interface to interact with national carriers for 1400 agents across the country. I supervised 6 employees in the Customer Service Department to provide service on $32M in premium including renewals, certificates, endorsements and all facets of existing policies. In addition, I was responsible for member relations by maintaining our agent client base, adding new members, terminating members when needed as well as providing additional training to members. I was a member of the 6 person management team for InsureZone.com that develops new products, assists in charting the business and financial course for the company, as well as focusing on day to day operations. Help maintain relations with several national and regional carriers.

North Texas Commercial Insurance Supervisor overseeing 12-15 commercial reps in the North Texas Area.
