CurrentLead the North American Creative Team from a management + SME perspective. Own day to day team operations. Manage hiring, onboarding, training, skills assessments, define tools & learning paths. Evangelize UX/UI and Product Design across internal and external teams. Act as partner to Strategy, Sales, Marketing & C-Level Leadership. Run group learnings & development sessions while balancing morale & individual member needs for success. Lead internal branding & workshop initiatives to reshape aging products into a modern experiences with new capabilities centered around storytelling. Objection handle challenges while celebrating wins. Leverage industry partnerships to provide new experiences for team members. Contribute to pitch work and sales initiatives while managing relationships with clients and satellite and/or siloed teams.
