Responsible for design, creation, and testing of tooling and systems that support a continuous integration / continuous delivery ecosystem for Infinite Campus software products. The continuous integration / continuous delivery ecosystem serves as the backbone of all software product development and deployment activities, including source code management, automated builds, testing frameworks, artifact management, site and data management, platform management, deployment, monitoring and configuration tools. Our focus is to create tools and systems for repeatable, predictable, and timely movement of code through the product pipeline from software creation to production deployment with visibility and feedback at all stages.- Develop and maintain software automation tools used to manage source code, builds, testing frameworks, artifacts, sites and data, platforms, deployment, monitoring and configuration of the Infinite Campus products and related patches- Define or evaluate requirements and designs to ensure solution implementation will meet desired outcomes- Evaluate and implement third-party solutions where appropriate- Design and develop internal solutions that meets functional requirements in such a way that it is durable and maintainable over time- Participate in code reviews and ensure one's own code is reviewed- Write unit and other automated validation tests to verify solutions are working as expected;- Research, troubleshoot and fix issues in the DevOps ecosystem- Refactor problem areas of code in the ecosystem to make it more durable and maintainable- Write system documentation in support of the code being developed- Participate in full stack ownership team, as requested, to provide product and platform automation and support

Provide project-oriented Infrastructure Services in the areas of Enterprise Storage, Storage Area Networks, Enterprise Servers, Backup and Recovery Technologies, Data Replication Technologies, and Inter-network Technologies- Develop solutions based on customer requirements- Develop proposals for product and professional services- Present proposed solutions to customers- Technical design and project planning- Installation, configuration, deployment, and integration of hardware and software- Technical and project documentation- Customer training and knowledge transfer

Work in a storage environment that exceeds 10 Petabytes in size, performing operational recovery tasks utilizing Quantum and Commvault technologies. Participate in the planning and implementation of solutions to meet business needs, partnering with Sr. Systems Administrators, Principle Technical Architects and Project Managers. Provide first and second levels of support for storage and storage area networks.•Utilize Quantum Scalar i2000 with Commvault to meet operational recovery and archive requirements.•Research, install, administer and maintain distributed enterprise technology to ensure maximum availability of mission critical business systems, applications and data•Participate in high level architecting of data systems; work in tandem with our Technical Architects to design/modify our current systems to allow for intelligent growth, while meeting the needs of the company•Execute and maintain the operational procedures for all production systems•Perform problem resolution in an effective and timely manner in accordance with our SLA's; determine and resolve issues as required working with our customers, internal and external support partners. •Perform 1st and 2nd level Storage Administrator support requiring a solid understanding of Problem Management, Incident Management, and Change Control processes.
