Background and purpose for establishing the Advisory Board for Sport Management education in Denmark:Based on joint discussions across the three providers (CPH Business, EAL Lillebælt and UCN), a decision has been made to initiate and establish a national Advisory Board for Sport Management education in Denmark.The National Advisory Board should preferably• be the link between the education and the established sports federations as well as other customers (professional sports clubs, the event sector, cultural and leisure area)• act as an active participant in the development of the Sport Management program, including advising on competency needs and matching between the program and the customer field
