Co-chaired the design of a newly formed Defined Benefit Operational Quality and Control program to mitigate operational risk and cost across the Defined Benefit organization consisting of over 1000 employees and 80 clients. Developed the auditing infrastructure for the quality and control team and independently audited complex pension calculation.

Executed actuarial software certification and data analysis during the implementation of an elite Fortune 100 Financial Services company. Analyzed plan documents with external client contacts and assisted in the development of plan rules and guidelines for Operations team adherence. Developed and presented pension plan education material to the employee.

Managed all pension benefit and service-related inquiries for 15+ external client contacts. Acted as the operational subject matter expert and point of contact for a team of 20 associates. Audited monthly disbursement of pension payments for trust funding accuracy.
