Jon has played a key role within the Technology discipline at Rosetta, most recently taking on leadership responsibilities for the Technology East Region while also serving on the Rosetta Technology Leadership Team. Responsible for managing Enterprise Integration projects between internal and external applications. Managed a team of architects, developers, business analysts and system administrators. Responsible for complete design, build, test and support common services to be utilized by the EAI Team. Identified common business objects and reusable services that positioned Visteon to move towards a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.

Implemented common business processes and procedures for the Sales Department, which have been carried throughout Administrative, Operations and Culinary Departments. Developed and cultivated relationships with clients and venues to sell and produce large scale events. Implemented a new automated payroll system and 401k program for improved cost savings and effectiveness. Processed the payroll for over 125 employees on a bi-weekly basis. Responsible for hiring and training the on-call staff of over 100 employees to work special events.

Worked on several engagements and technology platforms during my time at Accenture. The scope of project ranged from Platform Migration (Mainframe to Oracle), Virtual University Prototype, Data Warehousing, Infrastructure Services and Management of Outsource Financial Services teams.
