As a member of the Vacco family, I participated in the design and documentation of valves and regulators, primarily for space and naval applications. Utilizing my skills using 3D design software, I created 3D models and 2D drawings for bidding and manufacture. Volunteering to learn the operation of the new 3D printer, I was able to contribute prototypes for demonstration, form and fit tests, as well as creating tooling to facilitate assembly of products.The software I used in my design duties was: Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault, and Dassault Solidworks.

At Planes of Fame, I'm fortunate enough to embrace my passion for vintage aircraft. In my time there, I've had the opportunity to help restore historic aircaft, specializating in covering fabric control surfaces. I've also been able to share the stories of these amazing aircraft to visitors, and in that time met some amazing people who have inspired me in a multitude of ways. Planes of fame is an independently operated, non-profit 501(c)(3) aviation museum that is dedicated to the preservation, perpetuation and exhibition of historical aircraft, and to the men and women, both famous and unknown, who devoted their lives to flight.
