I was the Project Manager for all PeopleSoft/Customer Process projects at Bausch & Lomb for all four divisions (OTC, Lens, Pharma, Surgical). I successfully worked on changing our visioncare customers from manual ordering to electronic ordering going from 47% to 65% in one year. I was also the sales management end of a complete web redesign project of our Lens Ordering site.
