I got into Web Dev over 20 years ago, and I was a good coder and team player. But it wasn't until several years later with the advent of Marketing Automation/Ops that I really found my stride as a marketer in the B2B tech space.In the early days of Marketo, I coded custom templates and launched lead nurture and scoring campaigns for B2B SaaS companies within a growing, fast-paced agency environment. But my growth and enthusiasm for B2B MarTech goes way beyond tech stacks and strategy meetings. The reason I've stuck with it so long is probably the people I've met and the positive relationships I'm able to take part in every day. I've been fortunate enough to be mentored by some of the smartest and kindest marketers over the years, and I work every day to pour myself into clients and co-workers who are really just friends at the end of the day.
