Involved in the setup and execution of the plans to establish a vibrant HPC ecosystem in Singapore, through the setup and provision of a Petascale Supercomputing facility, and the execution of strategic programmes.

Involved in strategising, requirements specification, design, procurement, agency user adoption and services deployment of Singapore Government Cloud (G-Cloud), the first private cloud for use by whole of government. Being a first mover, the design had to balance the state of technology versus cybersecurity risks and mitigations, agency needs, and procurement governance for a pay-per-use model. Process management for adoption and change was key.Subsequently involved in the contract management of G-Cloud, ensuring performance based on agreed terms and conditions.Involved in G-Cloud SaaS including the conceptualisation and establishment of WOG Web Content Management Systems hosted on G-Cloud.Involved in the conceptualisation of the WOG SaaS Store, where SaaS can be procured by government more easily.
