• Coordinates conceptual plans from beginning planning stages to final construction documents for owners with architects, contractors, and engineers• Handles all entitlement and permit processing through governmental agencies and utility companies• Reviews contract documents with owner to ensure project is completed to specification• Ensures projects are completed on budget• Represents owners in negotiations during the build out process
