As the Director of Sales at Monster Energy Company assigned to the support the Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling Midwest Division, I lead a high growth sales team to increase top line revenue and drive market share in the energy category. I have a Master of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota. My core competencies include B2B selling, negotiation, customer marketing, and revenue growth management. I have built and negotiated Customer Marketing Agreements for all independent retail within a Coca-Cola bottling territory, participated in quarterly RGM reviews with the Board of Directors, and acted as the liaison between a Coca-Cola bottling company and all brand partners. I have also actively participated in the building and execution of price package plans for national customers, growing the top line revenue and exceeding the planned projections.
