I am responsible for Framework's Floating Support Services in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire, the Street Outreach service and our lottery funded service Opportunity Nottingham.

I am responsible for the delivery of floating support services (visiting home support) in Nottingham City. In addition I manage Framework's Quality & Monitoring Dept and the organisation's Central Access Point.The support services:A fast response Housing Crisis Service, preventing unfair evictions and helping owner occupiers in mortgage distress.I lead on two Nottingham City consortia consisting 10 organisations across Nottingham City, providing generic Floating Support and support to clients that suffer with mental health issues.I run a partnership between Framework HA and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue which offers practical advice and assistance to lessen the risk of fire for vulnerable clients. I manage the Smartmove bond scheme which works across Newark & Sherwood, Bassetlaw and The conurbations of Nottingham. This scheme is designed to help vulnerably housed individuals gain access to the PRS. The scheme supports tenants and landlords alike and brokers long term successful tenancies for those at risk of homelessness.I manage a new Financial Confidence scheme that aims to give young people in social housing the financial 'street smarts' to give them the best chance of succeeding in their tenancy.Previously I managed services across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. These services dealt with the prevention of homelessness, preventing mortgage repossession, evictions and helping clients, address underlying problems relating to tenancy sustainment.These teams covered Bassetlaw, Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, Ollerton, Gedling, Broxtowe, Rushcliffe, Chesterfield, NE Derbyshire, Derbyshire Dales and Derbyshire High Peaks.

I work with a collaborative group of advice providers, solicitors and support providers to assist in developing and improving the advice and support sector in Nottinghamshire.
